Mindfulness is ‘noticing what is happening in the moment, and making choices in how we respond, rather than being driven by our habitual reactions.’ (Vidyamala Burch OBE, Founder of Breathworks) Evidence shows that this mindful approach helps relieve stress & anxiety, improve our capacity to live with pain and illness, and generally improves our mental and emotional well-being. In this session you will learn practical mindfulness tools and techniques to enable you to tackle stress and live with more balance and joy.
